Step Up Through Upgrade

High School and college age graduates of the Upgrade curriculum are eligible to participate in our mentor and internship program.

Step-up is supported by various clients of Performance Strategies.

Upgrade, Performance Strategies’ non-profit subsidiary, provides services to support organizations that target underserved populations and individuals who are actively preparing or searching for jobs.  Our Upgrade curriculum is designed to educate and empower the job seeker.
